Signing up to IndieAgile gives you access to introductory videos, tips and hints and discounts.

IndieAgile does not offer monthly payment schemes, at this time.

We take all major credit cards, including PayPal and Amazon Pay.

Refunds - video resources:

We offer a no-questions-asked refund on video resources you have not accessed or downloaded within thirty (30) days from purchase.

Refunds - other services:

We offer a no-questions-asked refund on services you do not schedule, within thirty (30) days from purchase.

Refunds are not available for services, where you fail to schedule as detailed above, or if you fail to attend.

To request a refund, please raise a request via the IndieAgile Service Desk.

Cancellation and re-schedule of services:
In the unlikely event IndieAgile cancels a purchased service, we will offer the option to reschedule to the earliest, mutually available, date within 12 months of the purchase date.

Where service delivery is cancelled or rescheduled, by the customer, within 10 business days of the planned delivery date, may be subject to a fee of 50% of the original purchase price.

Where service delivery is cancelled or rescheduled, by the customer, within 5 business days of the planned delivery date, may be subject to a fee of 100% of the original purchase price.

Customer submission for cancellation or re-schedule must be made, in writing, via the IndieAgile Service Desk.

IndieAgile offer tailor made consultancy services.

IndieAgile offers instructor led training courses for Jira, Confluence and Dev Tools. Each course is delivered in our virtual classroom (via WebEx) either privately or publicly. See our Training page for further details

IndieAgile does not offer discounts.

IndieAgile accepts the following payment methods:

Credit card*  — Amazon, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal or American Express

Bank transfer  — Can take up to 7-14 business days for bank transfers to clear through our banking facilities.

*Credit card or PayPal is the only acceptable form of payment for monthly IndieAgile subscriptions.

What's changing with IndieAgile's Privacy Policy

IndieAgile updated Privacy Policy is user-friendly and addresses new data regulations (including GDPR). Our Privacy Policy includes:

Better navigation and user-friendly language. To make the policy easier to understand, we use clear, plain language and examples that illustrate our activities. We reformatted our privacy policy page with active links, so you can quickly find the information that matters most to you.  

  • How we integrate our products. We're always improving our products to give you a frictionless and customised experience. The updates to our policy describe the tools we’ve built to make our products smarter and allow you to move seamlessly from one xxxx product to another.
  • More control over your information. We make it easy for you to control the information you provide to us. Our policy explains how you can make choices about your information, and the measures we’ve put in place to keep your information secure.
  • Using our products for work. Many users have access to our services through their organisations (e.g., their employers), who control their accounts or use of our services. The updated policy clarifies our relationship with these users and explains the tools available to administrators of these users.
